SUMMARY Investigative journalist Miller Moore exposed an illegal toxic waste dumping outside of Palace City. For his trouble, he was shot and dumped into a pit of deadly chemical sludge. the toxins change him. Miller emerged with elastic powers: able to stretch, reshape, and extend his body without limit. Reborn as THE LINE, he now uses his abilities to fight crime to protect the people of Palace City.
